The organic olive grove KAMARANTHO \u2013 a precious gem of the Estate.<\/p>

Young olive grove \u2013 planted in 2014 \u2013 grows without the use of any chemical, utilizing natural fertilization methods, the use of traps and kaolin.<\/p>

The olives are harvested early, beginning of October, and the oil is extracted the same day of harvest at the certified organic “Olive Oil Mill” Ragousi in the village of Kamari, using cold pressing and a water temperature of up to 18 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The olive oil we produce each year belongs to the extra virgin \u2013 premium category (acidity <0.4) and contains a particularly high number of polyphenols that place it in the \u201cpharmaceutical product\u201d category.<\/p>

The olive oil is packaged at the organic certified ENERGAEA packaging plant in Koropi, Attica, and is available at the Estate and selected stores in 500 ml and 100 ml packages.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
